My name is Miranda. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and have recently relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with my boyfriend and our two cats. As an only child, most of my time was spent on my own, and so books became my greatest companions. I'd always enjoyed writing fiction stories in school, but it wasn't until college that I realized my passion for reading could become a career.

In 2020 I wrote four short stories that were published in Anthologies, and the enjoyment I had writing and editing my own work led me to becoming an Indie Author. In 2022 I self-published a five-book cozy mystery series and a standalone Viking fantasy novella (both available on Amazon and KU).

Now, as I continue on my Indie Author journey, I have turned another of my passions into part of my career goals: Editor.  I've edited so many stories for friends and fellow authors over the last five years that I decided to start my own business freelance editing!
